Show Secretary has the right to divide or combine classes, if necessary.

 

All classes open to riders of any age or level and to horses and ponies.

 

Jumper class descriptions:

1B Classes: No time limit for first round, timed jump off. Cleanest round with fastest jump off time wins

   1. Puddle Jumpers 1B (18"-2')

   3. Low Jumpers 1B (2'3"-2'6")

   7. Schooling Jumpers 1B (2'9"‐3')

   9. High Jumpers 1B (3'‐3'3")

 

Power & Speed Classes: Complete first 5 jumps clean, rest of course is timed after jump 5. Cleanest round with fastest time wins.

   2. Puddle Jumpers Power & Speed (18"-2')

   4. Low Jumpers Power & Speed (2'3"-2'6") 

   8. Schooling Power & Speed (2'9"‐3')

   10. High Jumpers Power & Speed (3'‐3'3")

 

"Gamblers Choice" Classes: Each Jump carries from 10 to 100 points according to difficulty. Jumps can be jumped in both directions. The competitor gains points carried by each obstacle that he has jumped correctly. No points are awarded for an obstacle knocked down. Once knocked down a jump may not be jumped again. Each rider will have 60 seconds. During this time, he may jump all the obstacles he wishes in any order and in any direction. He may cross the starting line in either direction. The starting line will be the same for all. Audible signal declares the end of the round. Rider with most points wins. 50%of class entry fees will be payback to winner.

   5. Mini Gambler's Choice (18"‐2'6" - may not enter if jumping over 2'6" at this show)

   11. Gambler's Choice (2'9"-3'3")

 

"Three Bars" Classes: Combination of 3 Jumps, starting at designated height, Knock down or refusal you're out then next round starts and jumps go up one hole until last one standing wins.

   6. Mini Three Bars (Starts at 18" - may not enter if jumping over 2'6" at this show)

   12. Three Bars (Starts at 2'9")

 

Awards:

Ribbons 1st-3rd  and "Everyone's a winner" for all others.

"Dusty bottoms" ribbon for any rider who falls – NOT Advised!

"Clean Pony" ribbon- judges decision- up to 3 given out per show.

       Entry fees per class : $7. Gambler's Choice Classes $10 (50% payback to winner.)

 Current negative coggins required.

Attire: Helmets, britches, and boots required when mounted. Formal attire NOT required- although neat & clean is expected.

Farm info. Please park in designated areas. Water for horses is available. NO DOGS!!! Stalls are available for the day for $20 on a limited fist come first serve basis.

Show up & sign up!! Bring coggins, and class fees.


Directions:

Directions: From the north: take route 301 south, turn left onto Croom road. Travel aprox 8 miles and take a right onto Baden Naylor Rd.

                     Go approximately 2 miles, farm is on the left: see address below.

                     From the south: take 301 north, above Waldorf turn right onto Brandywine Rd. Go aprox 8 miles, turn Left onto

                     Baden Westwood Rd, go about 1/4 mile and turn left onto Baden Naylor Road, go aprox 1 ½ miles, farm is on the right:
