Maxamillion is a unique, talented, up and coming sporthorse sire. One of only 2 of this rare sport-cross standing in the U.S. "Max" possesses a top Dutch Warmblood pedigree, carrying 26.56% rare Gelderlander blood, and including Grand Prix dressage and jumping stallions such as: Argus, Pion, Patrick, Highlight, and Vulcaan.

Maxamillion has been evaluated by several top trainers and judges (D. Beirbrauer, L. Lende, and S. Meyers) which have said "Max possesses the athleticism, mind, and finesse looked for in a Grand Prix prospect".

Maxamillion started promotion in hand as a long yearling by GVF , spring of 02', winning his first in hand sporthorse class out of 18 mature horses. He was the youngest in the class, and the only stallion. Since then he has gone on to much bigger in hand shows, such as Fair Hill, Dressage at Devon, and competed very well against the top horses in the country.

Max has been showing and winning in the 3'6"-4' jumpers, Training level eventing, as well as dressage. He is exhibiting exceptional work ethic, ridability and potential under saddle and is progressing toward Grand prix work. He is extremely balanced for his age, has wonderful rhythm, and is incredibly trainable.

Max has been showing regionally and nationally and has been in the ribbons every time shown. With too many results to list now, he is truly going beyond our expectations. (Click here to view some of his results).

With NO Samber blood, Maxamillion is the perfect outcross sire for Samber bred mares.

Max also does not have any APHA or stock horse blood.

All foals inherit Maxamillion's wonderful temperament, correct conformation, and uphill sporthorse movement. We are more than pleased with all of his foals to date and continue to look forward to each new years foal crop. Please visit the offspring page to see the foals.

No longer available or breeding.

All open contracts will be honored with a breeding option to Saint Sandro.

GVF lesson:
A true dressage horse must be able to engage their hocks! To evaluate this, at the trot, look at the horses extended front forearm and hind cannon bone- are they parallel? If the hind cannon bone is not at least parallel, then the horse is NOT using it's hocks. Don't be swayed by a "pretty" extended trot picture. Look at the engagement of the hocks and notice where the flow of energy is going to. Is it coming through correctly so that the horse is light & off the forehand, or is the hock trailing behind, loosing essential forward impulsion & energy? We ask you to keep this in mind when you look at the pictures of "Maxamillion". Let the numerous pictures confirm to you his consistency and validate his potential as a dressage prospect. This is natural- True Athleticism! Remember this lesson when comparing him against other sporthorse stallions.

Hope all your breeding Ventures are Golden!
